About the pod…
Echoes of Her : To Mom With Love is a companion podcast to the documentary of the same name, focused on authentic conversations around the loss of mothers and mother figures. The show explores grief, healing, identity, and relationships through personal stories and expert insight. While the conversations are often heavy, we also find ourselves laughing as we celebrate the memories of some truly incredible people. Listeners learn practical strategies from experts while being reminded that grief is not linear—it’s something we all face in different ways and at different times. Echoes of Her creates space for reflection, understanding, and connection for anyone navigating loss.
Each episode includes a special segment called “To ___ With Love,” where guests are invited to share a short love letter—either to their mother or to themselves during the time of loss. The goal is not only to discuss grief, but to celebrate life, legacy, and the meaning that person continues to hold.
The Blog: On My Momma
This blog is rooted in real life experiences and honest reflection. It’s a space where stories are shared with care, curiosity, and compassion—acknowledging grief and loss as part of the human journey without rushing them or dressing them up. The goal is to create a gentle, welcoming place for conversation, connection, and understanding, where readers can feel seen, heard, and less alone as they navigate their own paths.
